We do offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. We can only exchange/ offer store credit for unworn, undamaged unwashed items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for all shipping charges to complete the exchange.

Please contact me prior to sending the exchange so we can prepare the new item and arrange.

We cannot take responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you feel that there is a problem with the craftsmanship of your item, please contact me and we will make it right.

We use the cheapest International shipping method to give my customers the cheapest shipping possible.

The cheapest USPS tracking is unavailable in your country.

If you're not receive our package over 3 month ( after you make your order ) or some reason when your package is returned to our place We’ll refund it.
